K12ware is a series of enterprise-wide applications that assist educators in the profession of teaching.

The first K12ware application is for implementing Instructional Coaching. It utilizes a customizable data-driven approach that though a collection of reports, charts, and graphs presents real-time information that provides:

1. The Instructional Coach with immediate feedback for self-reflection on his/her coaching practice
   
   
2. The Coach Mentor with information to initiate critical conversations about an individual coach's practice
   
   
3. The Program Manager with aggregate data to determine organization-wide progress in Instructional Coaching for a point in time and for change over time
